   Through another merger/acquisition transition, GENBAND became Ribbon in November of 2017, and I continue to utilize my skills of data analysis and implementation of strategic business solutions in the same role. An attention to detail, combined with critical thinking skills and subject matter expertise, lead to an ability to zero in on problematic areas. Doing so means creating proactive solutions, expediting repairs, and better client relationship management. With a comprehensive knowledge of our processes, I successfully develop complex forecasting models, building upon and refining my previous efforts. Last-time-buy numbers, along with past history and current factors, give critical information which directly relates to long-term support of clients and 3rd party partners. I recognize how these variables need to work together in order to achieve objectives. I always have an eye toward what efforts will further positive long-term support, drawing upon my experiences as product owner and with services. There is a need to balance customer experience with profitability, product quality with customer retention, and I navigate these lines through weighing circumstances and the customer relationship. Perhaps the capability to keep a product on the market exists, but other business drives a need or desire to move customers to a new product: I evaluate the variables and then make an educated, informed analysis and determination of what path to pursue.
