As Vice President of Partnerships I love what I do because it brings together relationship-building and growth in a dynamic way. By developing strategic alliances with B2C companies and financial institutions, I help drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence through targeted, collaborative efforts. Putting strategy into action, I’ve driven measurable results across key partnerships. Through data-driven processes I significantly increased co-brand portfolio revenue year-over-year, highlighting the impact of metrics focus and streamlined operations. Leading a team of 132, I achieved a 1,200% increase in approved accounts through back-office by increasing productivity, underscoring the effectiveness of intentional, results-focused initiatives. Outside of work, I stay active through hockey in the winter and swimming and canoeing at the cottage in the summer. These pastimes may seem unrelated to my work, but they keep me energized and bring out skills I rely on professionally—collaboration, adaptability, and focus.
