Provide oversight to the portfolio and project workstreams to develop solutions that facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, and quality improvements across all dimensions- Lead portfolios, projects and work streams within the Digital Office portfolio in alignment with the organization\'s strategic plans and objectives- Provide oversight and leadership for the implementation of the DO Project/Portfolio deliverables. Coordinate the contributions of external consultants, business functional leads, project managers, as well as business and IT leaders and field SMEs from Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, and other business units across the organization- Ensure the Project/Portfolio Teams have clarity of capacity and demand. Manage intake processes for the portfolio- Ensure portfolio delivery decisions are aligned with initiative budgets and financial guidelines- Manage portfolio/program level risks, dependencies, and impediments for execution- Lead the management and resolution of complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures, escalating decisions as appropriate to IT and Business Leadership as needed- Ensure change management is being effectively planned and managed by ensuring the global stakeholder’s engagement and adequate level of communication; identify the training needs early on and ensure successful implementation and drive adoption of the change- Responsible for creating and maintaining all project, program and/or portfolio level artifacts to provide appropriate periodic updates on the initiatives to both executives and business stakeholders- Design and track metrics and key performance indicators to continue to enhance maturity and agile adoption across the portfolio- Provides leadership through coaching and mentoring of team members that result in high performing teams in an effective and efficient delivery of systems solutions.
