Manage intake processes for the portfolio- Ensure portfolio delivery decisions are aligned with initiative budgets and financial guidelines- Manage portfolio/program level risks, dependencies, and impediments for execution- Lead the management and resolution of complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures, escalating decisions as appropriate to IT and Business Leadership as needed- Ensure change management is being effectively planned and managed by ensuring the global stakeholder’s engagement and adequate level of communication; identify the training needs early on and ensure successful implementation and drive adoption of the change- Responsible for creating and maintaining all project, program and/or portfolio level artifacts to provide appropriate periodic updates on the initiatives to both executives and business stakeholders- Design and track metrics and key performance indicators to continue to enhance maturity and agile adoption across the portfolio- Provides leadership through coaching and mentoring of team members that result in high performing teams in an effective and efficient delivery of systems solutions.
