   The Digital Market Manager is a critical role within Breakthru’s Digital and eCommerce CoE, responsible for helping deliver the results of BBG’s digital vision within our local markets. The role reports through the Digital and eCommerce CoE directly to the Director of eCommerce, B2C Activation; with a dotted line to the local market specific contact (ex. EVP or Trade Development leader). This role is responsible for: Overseeing the BBG B2B eCommerce platform (Breakthru NOW), including driving local adoption and customer satisfaction, achieving sales and operational goals, and delivering on supplier digital brand marketing strategies Growing the 3-Tier eCommerce (B2C) channel and helping sales teams win the digital shelf in their accounts Serve as the full subject matter expert on all digital and eCommerce capabilities supporting local digital and three-tier Commerce (B2B & B2C) needs and opportunities to the local-based market team. The DMM will work closely with LLS to execute critical training and capability development. Serve as the local Digital Advisor to the Market EVP, all Sales Divisions and Trade Development teams. Coordinates with broader Digital and eCommerce Center of Excellence (CoE) on digital strategy and best practices as well as digital channel growth initiatives and performance tracking. This role is a member of the broader CoE team that meets together periodically, but also will have close communication with the EVP and other sales and trade development leaders in their market.
