Aspiring Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff. Collaborates with C-Suite level management in the development of short-term and long-term governance and operational plans to ensure organizational success. Upholds NIBS policies and governing documents to ensure regulations are followed. Acts as Liaison to the White House and U.S. Senate Banking Committee for Presidential-appointed Board Members. Builds and maintains relationships with all departments, external partners, and volunteer leadership to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. Plans, monitors, and analyzes metrics for the performance of operations to ensure efficient, educational, and profitable events. Devises strategies to ensure growth of programs organization-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
