My Non- Profit experience consists of working with The Lawton Food Bank and now the United Service Organization. This has helped me fulfill my passion of helping others. I have experience with volunteer recruitment in which I have on boarded 25+ volunteers. I have ran a program in which provided a box of non-perishable foods to 150 low income Senior Citizens as well as maintained a case load of 900+ low income families. Working with our military community is my passion. Which aligns perfectly with my current career as a Transition Specialist with the USO Pathfinder program. This program allows me to live out my passion by assisting our transitioning service members with Employment, Education, Finance, VA Disability and Mentorship Through this program I’m able to help our veterans have a successful and positive experience with their transition. I’m a skilled communicator; able to establish rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
