Responsible for the management of the end-to-end operation of VCA’s distributed marketing platform used by VCA Associates in both the US and Canada. As part of the Brand + Marketing team and a key member of the Creative Services team, I leverage strong collaboration, prioritization, and creative operations skills to develop and manage content, inventory, fulfillment, email campaign deployment and process workflows for VCA’s distributed marketing efforts, and act as a strategic advisor partner alongside internal partner members on of the Brand + Marketing, Corporate Affairs, People & Organization, and Operations teams on matters relating to distributed marketing capabilities, design of materials and platform configuration. Accountable for system usability, content management, platform health, and distributed marketing strategy overall, I work collaboratively with internal teams, as well as external creative and data partners, and fulfillment vendors to deliver measurable value to brand campaigns and hospital, department and company growth objectives.Responsibilities also include copywriting, copyediting and acquisition, merger and new location launch communications sent to current and potential clients and referring veterinarians.
