About Jennifer Helms

First and foremost, I am a mom to two amazing girls. They were into the girl things that I was never into, growing up around a family of males and sports, but I have adapted! While I am still working on the cheer mom thing, I have also taught them the love of sports…especially OU sports.I have spent the majority of my adult career in the employee benefits industry. To keep my age somewhat of a secret, I will not give you the number of years, but I will tell you that my approach to the industry has changed. Over the past several years my desire to truly learn how each piece of the pie impacts the cost of healthcare has changed my advice as a consultant. We cannot continue to accept the status quo and expect things to change. As an advisor, I feel it is my responsibility to help employers understand how all the pieces go together and how each one can impact the other. We have to look at ways to lower costs, but not at the determent of the employee. Will it be easy? Maybe not at first, but that is because it requires us to look at it differently. But it can be achieved! With the right consultant you can start to see your investment make a difference.
