ABOUT JENNIFER HAYDEN

As a Workforce Development Manager at Ascension, one of the largest healthcare systems in the country, I leverage my years of experience in nursing education and leadership to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance the professional development and retention of our clincal staff. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Aurora University, as well as certifications in medical-surgical nursing (CMSRN) and nurse education (CNE) from recognized national organizations. I have strong competencies in networking, talent pipelining, and project management, which enable me to build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, identify and recruit top talent, and lead and support multiple initiatives across the organization. My mission is to empower our associates to achieve excellence in patient care and career advancement, and to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation. I am proud to be part of a team that shares the same values and goals, and that strives to provide compassionate, personalized, and holistic care to our diverse communities.
