Manage the full lifecycle, end to end recruitment process for Consultant and Technical/IT roles within the Optum Insight organization. Previously was responsible for Clinical roles within the OptumRx Home Infusion and Pharmacy lines of business. Primarily recruited for Registered Nurses at all levels and Pharmacists as well as other key support roles. Utilize a consultative and advisory approach to develop relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders as well as candidates to ensure a positive talent acquisition experience. Source candidates proactively from online databases, utilized internet searches, social media, employee referrals, cold calling, networking and attend virtual career fairs to recruit top talent into the organization. Screen resumes, review applications and conduct in depth behavioral based interviews with candidates. Utilize defined criteria and competencies based on information obtained from the hiring manager to determine candidate’s viability and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Negotiate complex offer packages at times and as necessary collaborate with Human Capital and influence leaders to create the most competitive and attractive offer packages. Utilize Applicant Tracking System Taleo as well as Customer Relationship Management system Salesforce daily. Schedule hiring manager intake calls and recruiter interviews, create and send out offer letters, initiate onboarding tasks as well as other administrative duties.
