About Jennifer Harris
With over twenty years of experience in Finance and Accounting, I am currently the CFO at FST Logistics and OneCompass Holdings, an employee-owned Company and leading provider of transportation and warehousing solutions. In this role, I oversee the financial operations, reporting, and planning of the company, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. I also partner with the senior management and the board of directors to provide strategic guidance and insights on the financial performance and outlook of the company. I have successfully led and implemented several initiatives to improve the financial processes, systems, and controls, resulting in increased profitability, transparency, and scalability. I have also supported the company\'s growth and expansion by securing and managing multiple financing sources and contracts and performing financial modeling and quality of earning reviews for mergers and acquisitions.Before joining FST Logistics, I was the Controller at The Chefs\' Warehouse, a specialty food distributor, where I managed the accounting, budgeting, and auditing functions for the Midwest region. I was responsible for preparing and presenting the financial statements, forecasts, and analyses, as well as ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. I also contributed to the integration and consolidation of the financial operations of the acquired companies, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the financial reporting and services.I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Florida, and I possess strong skills in accounting, forecasting, and financial reporting. I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to the customers, stakeholders, and employees of FST Logistics, and I am committed to supporting the company\'s vision, mission, and values.
