I have been in the credit industry for 30 years with 20 of that with Ferguson Enterprises. In that time, I have had the opportunity grow my career to lead a strong multi-talented AR team across multiple states. It has been my goal to work directly with our sales teams to enhance not only the customer experience but to change the perception of the \"Credit Department\" while protecting our assets. I have attained the CBA, CBF and the CCE designation from the National Association of Credit Management and continue my education in the credit field. I also completed a two-year Graduate School Program at American University through NACM and won their Executive Leadership award.I initiate and utilize automation where it can make us stronger as a company and support our customer growth. I stand behind building strong, lasting relationships with our sales team as well as our customer base.
