Director of the Office of Labor Relations (OLR). Responsible for setting the County\'s internal labor and employee relations policy. Oversee the operations of OLR, which negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements with three employee unions representing nearly employees. Serve as the County\'s Chief Negotiator in collective bargaining. Work collaboratively with the County\'s labor partners to improve labor relations and build a model program that incorporates interest-based bargaining principles. Provide guidance and training to County leadership with respect to contract administration and all manner of labor and employee matters. Serve as member of the County\'s Board of Investment Trustees and Board of Trustees for Consolidated Retiree Health Benefits Trust.
