In my daily work as a Senior Program Manager at XU Game Changers I develop corporate education programs aiming for RoE (Return on Education in the triad strategy, organization and people with a focus on competence development). I have a great passion for change to optimize produce, services and experience journeys for people: Automation, standardization, simplification, digitalization and continuous learning are therefore not just buzzwords for me, but a credo and constant work.
