   I am a transactional bankruptcy lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, both nationally and in California. My practice principally focuses on representing holders of senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt in both public and private middle market and large cap deals. Clients include banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in a wide range of industries, including aviation, media, oil and gas, coal, clean energy (ethanol and biofuels), technology, manufacturing, internet gaming, retail and restaurants, healthcare, hospitality, for-profit higher education and real estate. I also have significant experience in the area of corporate finance, having represented a number of lenders and borrowers with respect to loan originations and merger and acquisition transactions in non-distressed deals.I am a member of Sidley\'s Executive Committee and a Firmwide Co-Chair of the Committee on the Retention and Promotion of Women and Diversity Committee. I am also the Group Head for the LA Restructuring Group.
