ABOUT JENNIFER GREENE
Since 2002 I have had the responsibility of developing police training programs that address crimes against women under a Violence Against Women state grant. These programs all fall under the Sexual Assault Family Violence Investigators Course (SAFVIC) umbrella and are funded by the Texas Office of the Governor. The SAFVIC program started as a single 24-hour course and under my management, the program expanded to 4 programs that address how officers and 911 call takers respond to crimes such as human trafficking, strangulation, cyberstalking, sexual assault and family violence.
