About Jennifer Maillet Grant

I love the fact everyday is different in my career. I love going to work and can\'t imagine doing anything else. This industry found me when I applied to be a lifeguard at 17, which lead to leasing, new hire training, assistant manager, marketing, property manager and currently a community manager. As a CM I do a little of everything: budgets, bidding projects, invoices, payroll, leasing, training, marketing, rent handling, evictions and that\'s just my Monday. Plus whenever needed I travel to help with a the transition and training of a new property, due diligence, or when a property is short staffed. The more I can learn the better I can be at my job. I get to work with lots of interesting people, learn new tasks and challenge myself on a daily basis.
