Led a team of 15 cross functional team members both onsite and virtual which included solution consultants, business analysts, data scientists and testers.· Strategized, formulated, and led remediation plans for all 13 asset classes in Kaiser to improve coverage and completeness of all 13 assets to 98% by end of year 2020.· Created new IT Policy governing all IT devices connected to KP network· Strategize with leadership on team visions and goals · Led successful organizational change and adoption of a newly implemented application inventory management system.· Led To-Be process design for new Application Portfolio Management tool · Provides oversight, technical guidance and problem resolutions · Strategizes and tracks all Adoption tracks (Training, Testing, Process, Communication), planning ahead, identifying issues and risks ahead of time to ensure we meet our milestones and target dates.· Serves as Technical Subject Matter Expert and lead for improving data quality for 13 technology asset classes across the enterprise including applications improving data quality across all 13 assets,· Act as voice of the customer for product backlogs working with development teams, program leadership and architecture to improve minimum viable product implementation and prioritize product features.
