Technical skills involved preparation and review of P & IDs and PFDs, sizing and specification of equipment (atmospheric tanks, pressure vessels, and pumps), hydraulic calculations and analysis, elaborate heat and material balance, preparation of relief valves contingency analysis and sizing, development of process description, operating philosophies, and technical notes; reviewing vendor documents such as process reports, P & IDs, PSV calculations, skids general arrangement and datasheets; participated in Design Reviews and HAZOP. Knowledgeable on process software such as: HYSYS, PRO II, PIPEPHASE, and FLARENET.
