Oversee compliance with licensing and registration requirements in 28 states, including corporate, contractor, and sales tax registrations.Team Leadership & HR Integration:Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting team, handling hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution. Oversee benefits administration and company insurance policies. Implemented and manage the company’s 401(k) plan, ExakTime timekeeping software, and Employee Navigator for benefits administration.
