About Jennifer Garell

After graduating college (Go Devils), I was recruited by Enterprise Rent-a-Car to become a Management Trainee. To this day, I can say this job set the foundation on how to be successful in the workplace. But, I realized after a year renting cars and selling “full package” insurance that this wasn’t my passion. I did love engaging with the customers and found my passion in Recruiting with Aerotek. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for Aerotek teaching me the fundamentals in recruiting. After 3 years of agency recruiting, I was ready to step foot in the Corporate world and became a Corporate Recruiter. I worked for several companies and recruited for a variety of positions from high volume to technical to executive level. I love finding that perfect match between the company and the employee! My position at Bar-S Foods, pulled me in a different direction which included the implementation of a global recruitment structure. In my current position as Director of Employee Management, I get to use all of my previous experience in HR, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition to develop new programs to better our employees.
