She served multiple public and private colleges and universities across the United States in coordinator, assistant director, and director roles in housing administration, student conduct, contract management, facility management, events, residential life, marketing and communications, and auxiliary services. She most notably established operational assessments and reporting improvements for housing, food service and bookstore contracts on campus and operationalized performance metrics for auxiliary service functions at both the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the College of Southern Nevada. Jennifer has served on the board of directors for the National Association for College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) as well as the NACAS West region since 2015.
