ABOUT JENNIFER FLANNERY
I serve as Barclay Damon’s Trusts & Estates Practice Area co-chair. My practice is state-wide, with an emphasis in the New York City metro region and the Western New York geographical areas. I am focused on trusts and estate planning, administration and litigation, with my litigation practice including will and trust contests, fiduciary litigation; including accounting matters and and will construction issues.I also work with fiduciaries, beneficiaries and handle litigated guardianship cases. I have significant experience working with individuals on all aspects of estate and asset planning, including marital agreements, working with clients regarding business-succession planning, and handling planning involving sophisticated transfer and income-tax considerations. In addition to my role at Barclay Damon, I serve as the Public Administrator for Erie County.
