ABOUT JENNIFER FLAHERTY

Business Development Representative at Docebo. Collaborating with business leaders to understand their learning challenges and explore how technology can enhance workforce development, compliance, and skills growth.In 2021, I co-founded The Happy Learning Centre. I enjoyed the process of identifying and engaging the right candidates for our service, which helped drive significant growth within just a year. This led me to consider a career in sales. I joined Outra, where I really enjoyed the process of identifying organisations that could benefit from their truly impressive data solutions. I contributed to 80% of their new business clients in just 12 months. Looking for the next exciting thing, I joined Docebo. The largest digital learning platform on the market. In my first year, I got the opportunity to work with some really exciting accounts, learning about their organisation and exploring how we could help make their lives a bit easier when it came to delivering learning. I finished the year on 153% quota attainment.I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway, in Sociological and Political Science, along with Irish language. During my studies, I received 11 first-class honors and was awarded the Employability Award in my final year, which recognises students who have taken on extra modules and activities outside of their course, to further develop their professional and personal skills.
