   Oversee and manage all payroll activities, from New Hires to Terminations, including administration and communication of all payroll related matters, garnishments, liens & levies, imputed income, and other payroll related earnings, taxes and deductions. · Review and analyze Payroll totals - bi-weekly, quarterly, annual, and account for discrepancies. · Review and release wire payments for 401(k), HSA, terminations etc. and reconcile with payroll. · Process and reconcile RSU bi-weekly payments, and work closely with the Accounting, Finance and HR teams. · Ensure quarterly and annual filings and reports are reviewed, approved, and filed timely and accurately (941s, W2s, etc.). · Register with new states and ensure all state taxes are paid. · Ensure the accuracy of time and attendance, withholdings, and taxes in accordance with Company policies, state and federal employment laws and other regulatory agencies. · Support other finance activities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, finding adaptive and creative solutions while effectively managing competing demands. · Review statutory filings and research new payroll tax rules and regulations as applicable. · Support various audit requests. Assist with ad hoc reports and projects. · Provide training and resources to employees as applicable to the payroll system. · A trusted partner and liaison for larger cross-functional initiatives impacting payroll including driving key payroll projects. · Partner with senior leadership to discuss cost-cutting initiatives, aligning policies with business goals. · Educate and train management on payroll regulations and rules in relation to company policies.
