Responsible for setting direction and establishing strategy to address population health and identified disparities. Lead cross functional strategy to improve the health and wellbeing of our enrollees in Oklahoma by developing and implementing data-informed solutions that address their physical, mental and social needs. Work with providers, health systems, internal leaders, community-based organizations, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA), Oklahoma’s managed care organizations (MCOs), and others to address community and social drivers of health impacting health outcomes for our membership. Work directly with the market leadership team, liaise with state leaders and organizations as well as Humana’s Center for Equitable Population Health and Health Equity and Social Impact teams. Lead community engagement and investment strategy to support market goals and initiatives.
