I’ve successfully designed and implemented customized anti-harassment training and various employee development programs, while also coaching executives on HR best practices.I hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, SHRM\'s certification in Workplace Investigations, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
