ABOUT JENNIFER EPHRAIM
Growing up I was always aware of the correlation between proper nutrition’s role in health and wellness. This awareness was instilled in me by my mother who had a strong interest in nutrition herself. As a consequence, life led me toward a career in Dietetics. In addition to my years of Clinical Dietetics experience, I have successfully acquired certifications in Nutrition Support and Oncology Nutrition. My enthusiasm and eagerness to expand my knowledge base in the field of Foods and Nutrition has led me to travel distances for conferences, as well as, take up graduate coursework as a non-matriculated student in the field of Clinical Dietetics. I also express my passion for Dietetics via my Tigris Nutrition blog site. Furthermore, I am active with the New Jersey Dietetic Association (NJDA) and a member of various DPG groups.
