Working with various departments across the organization, I help create the best user content experience for multiple key audiences, garner support through digital campaigns as well as other promotional sponsorships to foster revenue growth and build online training programs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Implement email communications/fundraising strategy and content (for both one-time and sustained giving). • Manage eNewsletter calendar. Collect and edit content and manage deployments from Luminate Online and provide content recommendations for all sends. • Manage national email calendar and deployments from Luminate Online. • Develop strategies to conduct ongoing email testing and provide recommendations to optimize inbox placement and engagement. • Work with digital and other departments to create interactive elements in Liveclicker for emails and websites. • Work with vendors to optimize and track Google Grant and paid ads. • Manage SEO optimization platform. Assemble and pull reports to provide content recommendations. • Provide strategic updates to autismspeaks.org content to maximize SEO placements. • Manage development of additional content in conjunction with key content owners. • Conduct ongoing website A/B testing and provide recommendations for site enhancements. • Run Google Analytics reports and provide recommendations for ongoing site enhancements. • Maintain monthly and yearly fundraising reports. • Measure online campaign performance and make recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiencies across digital channels(email, web, social media) to generate more revenue. • Build and execute online trainings in iSpring to be hosted in Absorb LMS • Develop interactive elements for online trainings in iSpring to engage learners • Assist with Autism Speaks Walk ads, content/creative and targeting, track analytics, report back to team members and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization • Triage and respond to web support tickets.
