Analysis of people HR data and HR due diligence information required for meaningful review - Identify local HR resource(s) to support/partner on HR due diligence and integrations- Generate due diligence report relating to HR Operations elements (e.g. employment agreements, policies, comp and benefits, payroll and HRIS)- Responsible for ensuring project milestones are achieved through collaboration and effective communication between the newly acquired business, HR and other work-stream leads- Support acquisition related activities and HR integration dependencies across other work streams (e.g. IT and Finance)- HR Data management – upload to, and maintenance in Workday - Identify key configuration elements and work with Workday Tech Team to build appropriate HRIS securities- Support the training and comms for the newly acquired business to ensure successful adoption of Workday- Review and keep any process, practices, or playbooks updated to support ongoing growth- Support other aspects of the integration of acquisitions across all disciplines of HR, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Benefits- Work with HR Integration Project Manager on the wider HR project plans for the various HR functional groups to lead and execute.
