Having gained a range of different skills since leaving university I have found my passion comes from programme management, process improvement and business transformation. Running a range of different programmes and projects across a wide range of business areas and sectors has allowed me to develop and grow as well as enhance Stakeholder management and engagement skills. In addition I feel empowered to be able to take on any project or programme and ensure a smooth and successful delivery, even when there are a few bumps in the road along the way or red flags initially! Working with different people across a variety of roles and industries has given me the opportunity to deal with a range of personalities and styles of both management and working- all of which I feel I have gained knowledge from and for that I’m grateful!
