ABOUT JENNIFER DRAKE-CROFT
I’m a social worker known for pushing ideas beyond theory so they become solutions that truly support children, families, and the workforce that serves them.My expertise is grounded in infant and early childhood mental health, particularly the prenatal-to-five period, and extends to innovation and systems serving children and adolescents. I specialize in translating research on brain development, trauma, and resilience into practical strategies that can be implemented across child welfare, health, education, and policy settings.I work at the intersection of innovation, systems change, and workforce development. Through roles in technical assistance, professional education, and innovation ecosystems, I support early-stage ideas and established efforts to move from concept to real-world application.
