ABOUT JENNIFER DOYLE-FIDLER
As the Director of Clinical Product Solutions at Paradigm, I am responsible for leading and executing the company\'s clinical products. My key roles include participating in the development or strategy of clinical solutions, working with other departments (Sales & Marketing, Data Analytics & Information Technology, Medical Directors & Case Managers, etc.) to develop new products and improve current Paradigm solutions by using expert advice within various health domain matters. Paradigm is the industry leader in solving complex health care challenges and improving lives for injured workers. Our mission is to restore an injured worker’s health, their spirit, and their hope for a brighter future. I am a Masters Prepared Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in the industry. My extensive background features all aspects of nursing; from bedside to executive-levels, and in-between. I hold an Orthopaedic Nurse Certification (ONC) and am certified by the Institute of Health (IHI); I am a National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses (NAON) chairperson, a member of the American Association of Nurse Executives (AONE), a Lean-Six-Sigma Green Belt, and serve as a subject matter expert on value-based care, quality assurance, and physician engagement. I have presented at various events on value-based care, orthopedics, and nursing workforce/succession planning. Additionally, I have participated in research and co-authored the poster presentation (submission #4589) at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons \"Higher costs do not correlate with better outcomes for total hip and knee arthroplasty in a BPCI model\". Prior to joining Paradigm, I was the Director of Quality at OrthoArizona, where I was responsible for the company’s quality assurance, patient care and relations, compliance, risk-management and safety, performance improvement, and reporting. In addition to this role, I implemented the organization’s voluntary bundled payment initiative (still in effect today) while overseeing the entire case management department; yielding minimum of $4 million in revenue per year.
