Serve as initial point of contact for People and Culture inquiries. Ensure support for employees and managers providing timely and accurate resolution to maximize their success in the business- Execute primary HRIS/Workday advisor function verifying data integrity, utilization, and ensuring HRIS data and processes comply with relevant regulations and policies. Partner with Workday Technical Team to optimize HRIS utilization globally with regional considerations- Interpret policies, processes, and guidelines to provide best practice advice and guidance on all matters relating to employee lifecycle- Work effectively with the Payroll Manager and P&C team key partners responsible for Benefits, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, to support core employee lifecycle processes- Create and maintain team process; document and maintain knowledge management; identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate in the development of solutions to continuously improve data quality and service- Collaborate with Global P&C Service & Experience team to improve global support quality, standardization, and scalable process.
