ABOUT JENNIFER DICKSON

I am a partner in the Withers divorce and family team. I help clients resolve financial disputes with their former partners (married or unmarried) and disagreements about how their children should spend their time or where they should live. I also advise on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. My cases often have an international dimension, involve trust interests and complex corporate structures, and my clients come from many walks of life – often they are high-net worth individuals and sometimes in the public eye, wishing to stay out of it.Going through a relationship breakdown is an unsettling time, and it is important to me that my clients know I have their backs. I work with them sensitively, strategically and pragmatically to reach a swift and effective settlement.
