For more than 20 years, I’ve been helping companies win contracts with the government. The best part is that the resulting contracts enable agencies to provide their constituents with better services and more options. I’m most jazzed by pursuits that deal with transport policies, plans, and implementations aimed at improving mobility, accessibility, and safety, as well as end user digital experience. I’ve managed successful capture and proposal efforts for federal, state, regional, and local government agencies; national research organizations; and development banks here in the states and abroad. These efforts range from $50K task orders,$100M-$1.5B single awards, to $40B ceiling contract vehicles. I’m a strategist with a high tolerance for process and details, with strengths in collaboration and communication. I often lead large, multidisciplinary, and geographically dispersed teams and have come to specialize in navigating complex partner ecosystems for opportunities with high social impact goals.
