Infusing energy and creativity into my work as a recruiter, I take pride in and prioritize delivering outstanding experiences for both my candidates and clients. Kicking off my career in IT staffing, I serviced a large enterprise account for seven years. Throughout that tenure, I earned five sales contest wins and was a member of the Million Dollar Club. After a year-long break to assist with family responsibilities and manage a small Etsy business, I enthusiastically returned to the staffing industry as a Corporate Recruiting Manager in a player/coach capacity for nearly 9 years. I had the privilege of collaborating in the expansion of teams across various departments including sales, recruiting, HR, payroll, timesheets, IT, marketing, operations, accounting/finance and more. During my downtime, I\'m constantly engaged in personal projects! I\'m passionate about various DIY home improvement endeavors, gardening, preserving and canning food, quilting, designing fabric and wallpaper, managing a 5-star vacation rental business, and currently, I\'m exploring the art of Venetian plaster. Looking ahead, my next personal goal is to have a small bee farm and raise chickens!
