ABOUT JENNIFER DEKKER

I’m a Legal Talent and Inclusion Leader with 18+ years partnering with attorneys, leaders, and business professionals across AmLaw 50 and AmLaw 100 firms to build cultures where people belong, grow, and stay.My work sits at the intersection of recruiting, professional development, and DEI — designing structures, programs, and community experiences that support attorneys from their first touchpoint through advancement. I’ve led onboarding and integration programs, partnered with Firm Resource Groups, chaired Diversity & Inclusion committees, redesigned evaluation and coaching processes, and launched cultural and community programming that deepens connection and visibility.Outside of the office, I live these values as well — volunteering with Silicon Valley Pride for more than five years and serving on the DEIB Committee and Board of the San Jose Women’s Softball League. I believe that belonging is strengthened when people can bring their full identities and experiences into every space — professional and personal.I thrive in organizations committed to growing diverse talent, fostering mentorship and sponsorship, and designing equitable access to opportunity.
