Our remarkable network of family farmers raise their animals humanely on pasture without growth-promoting antibiotics, added hormones or animal by-products. Firsthand Foods is dedicated to helping small-scale livestock producers thrive and to building a sustainable meat supply chain in North Carolina with triple bottom line impacts. Jennifer sits on the Advisory Board of NC Choices, a statewide initiative of the Center for Environmental Farming Systems that advances local, niche and pasture-based meat supply chains.
