I am responsible for directly driving incremental revenue in SIRVA’s Emerging Business sector from the existing customer base and for developing a new customer base, including facilitation of “ best in class” service expectations for all current and future customers, including but are not limited to SIRVA’s van lines agent networks, SIRVA affiliates and joint venture partners, and non-SIRVA-affiliated moving and transportation companies throughout the United States and Canada. I recognize and execute “up sell” opportunities and a critical thinking ability to provide immediate resolution to prevent / minimize service delays or failures. In addition, I diagnose the root cause of a failure and recommend strategies or develop process improvement / avoidance strategies to prevent from recurrence. Finally, I am able to team build and gain consensus from different entities, including but not limited to moving agents, drivers, internal SIRVA departments, SIRVA associates, technicians, vendors, and BPO providers.
