I am a Partner with over 20 years’ experience in advising on complex cross border, offshore and domestic High Court litigation. I have experience in the Appeal and Supreme Courts of England & Wales and I am an expert on advising on both foreign and domestic commercial frauds. I represent banks and financial institutions in respect of enforcement of overseas judgments in the UK. I have acted on cases involving breach of fiduciary duties and trust, breach of directors\' duties, fraudulent misrepresentations, employee fraud, deceit and conspiracy. I have also advised extensively and obtained numerous worldwide freezing orders and disclosure orders involving various jurisdictions including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the US Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, USA, Cyprus, and Switzerland. I advise on crypto fraud disputes including acting for a crypto platform in a dispute with a well-known overseas crypto exchange over the misappropriation of bitcoin, and the tracing of bitcoin into wallets using blockchain enabled technology. I am recognised in all the leading directories (Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and Who\'s Who Legal). I am highly regarded as a thought leader in the fight against cryptocurrency frauds, and I write and speak on the topic, alongside cyber fraud investigations.
