As a Human Resources Business Partner at IBM, I bring a strong foundation in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness—shaped by hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.I began my career at IBM as a Summer Intern while pursuing my Master’s in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University. After the internship, I joined IBM’s HR Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders through diverse, high-impact assignments.Over the course of the program, I gained comprehensive experience in:* Total Rewards – Supporting our Recognition & Compensation team, where I contributed to global initiatives like the redesign of the Patent Awards Program and the BluePoints Recognition Program, as well as Compensation projects involving Job Architecture, Market Pricing, and Pay Equity.* Diversity & Inclusion – Partnering with IBM’s Native & Indigenous community, managing budgets, overseeing global Business Resource Groups, working closely with our Executive Council, and leading key events including Native American History Month and the AISES National Conference.* HR Business Partner Organization – Managing complex employee relations cases involving performance management, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and more. I also supported strategic initiatives such as return-to-office planning and workforce transitions.In July 2025, I successfully completed the HRLDP and transitioned into a full-time HR Business Partner role.I strive to balance data-informed decision making with empathy and cultural awareness.
