ABOUT JENNIFER COCOHOBA
I am a faculty member dedicated to optimizing medication use in people with HIV through patient care, research, leadership, and educating the next generation of clinicians.I have served as the clinical pharmacist for the UCSF Women’s HIV Program for 20+ years where I conduct medication therapy management, pharmacotherapy consultations, and lead quality assurance initiatives for prescribing antiretrovirals and other chronic disease therapies. I recently joined the team at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Family Health Center as a primary care pharmacist.My research focuses on interventions to improve adherence, implementation science and pharmacy-based interventions, and improving medication use in people with HIV.
