   I am trained in multivac. My job duties are packaging steaks & pork, labeling and taping the boxes. I am also responsible for accurate box weights and labels. I am responsible for having the correct dates on the packages and labels, updating my team what we are packaging each day and making sure everyone is staying productive by keeping the line moving. I also package fresh orders that are shipped to area business & to customers in other states. I keep a clean organized work area, supply boxes, labels, inserts, and tape to my working area. I also am trained for lock out/tag out to change different sizes of dies in the machine based on the variety of sizes of product that are being packaged in the machine.January 17, 2022 I transferred to the distribution center where I organize packaged Omaha Steaks products into coolers, affix address labels & send down the line that are put on the truck for delivery to the customer. I am responsible for the correct cooler size, dry ice size & the correct products that the customer ordered to go into the coolers. I am trained to use an electric pallet jack. During the busy holiday season I am a team lead, responsible in assisting new & current employees with our job duties which include the correct products are put into each customers cooler, the correct cooler size & the weight of the dry ice size is correct. Being a great leader, I am very helpful to all of our team members. When an employee has questions I clearly explain the job to them, I am always there to help in any way.
