Over the years, I\'ve learned many valuable living and problem-solving skills from my sons. Utilizing tools like Google and YouTube is just one of them.One day, while I was charging our family car at an EV station, a lady approached me seeking assistance. She was struggling to unplug the EV plug from her vehicle, and despite several attempts, it remained firmly stuck. Concerned, she decided to call the EV company for help. However, I was determined not to give up and began searching on YouTube for any tips we might have overlooked.As I watched a helpful video, I discovered that for her specific car model, we needed to unlock the car first before unplugging the EV plug.
