Ecologist with nineteen years of experience in environmental consulting, project management, and leadership. Specialties include stream and wetland delineation, section 404 CWA permitting, stream buffer variances, GIS and natural resource mapping, threatened & endangered species surveys, environmental impact assessments, stream and wetland restoration, and mitigation banking. For the past 11 years, I have been with Georgia Power Environmental Affairs, and I currently lead a team of waters professionals who specialize in compliance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
