Ultimately, I am responsible for ensuring daily operations are conducted in a way that meets profitability goals in addition to our standards of excellence, and the business achieves organizational growth.A process-driven leader, I ensure PDS optimizes talent by implementing streamlined workflows, procedures and efficient systems. I take pride in bringing integrity, energy and 25+ years of experience to craft programs that create deeper connections and once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our clients.
