Please see After 20 years in NYC and performing on the road, I moved to Upstate, NY. I have two teaching studios: one in Canastota, NY and one just north of Rome, NY. Lessons are 30 or 60 minutes for all ages. Presently, my youngest student just turned 4 and my oldest will soon celebrate her 84th birthday!I am also a Personal Trainer and teach group classes of pilates, Zumba, kick boxing, yoga and the like. I do my one-on-one or two-on-one training at a local gym or the client\'s home.To add to my \'jack-of-all-trades\' approach to life, I also do marketing and promotions for different companies. Anything from one-afternoon to week-long events or even 6+ month projects. I\'ve helped create or been team-leader or simply been a one-day independent contractor for guerrilla marketing events, national promotional tours and everything in between.
