Obtains renewal bids, confers with management regarding benefits costs, and makes recommendations as to employer/employee cost sharing.• Administers the company’s performance management process, recommends changes, orients managers to the purpose and process of performance management activities, and reviews completed forms for consistency.• Ensures that the company communicates effectively with employees so that they are kept informed of organizational plans and future activities.
